Make practical startup experience accessible to people who don't already have access to it.
Great opportunities are often hidden behind experience, networks and geography. RDAI works to remove some of those barriers.
Our mission is to make practical employment-readiness education accessible to people regardless of their ability to pay. RDAI therefore provides recordings of its webinars and workshops free of charge after registration.
Programme participation, live activities, team projects and assignment reviews are available through a paid Programme Pass. Our programme fees help us operate the infrastructure needed to make this possible — recruiting and coordinating mentors, organising live sessions, supporting distributed teams and running practical programmes.
The goal is simple: put people in a real environment where their potential can become visible.
Why mentors matter
A textbook can explain how startups work. A CV can describe what someone has done. Neither tells you what happens when a person faces an ambiguous problem with a real team and a deadline.
Our mentors bring years of startup experience — including the decisions that worked, the decisions that failed and the lessons learned from both. During a three-month MVP programme, participants get the opportunity to learn from that experience while working as part of a distributed team.
Why we invest in the programme
Programme operations require real work. We recruit and coordinate experienced mentors, organise teams, prepare projects, run live sessions, review assignments and support participants throughout the programme.
This operational infrastructure is what turns free educational content into practical experience. We don't want people to simply know what startups do. We want them to experience how startups actually work.

Recorded RDAI webinars and workshops are available free of charge after registration. Programme participation is available through a paid Programme Pass at ₹300/month or ₹1,300/year.
Programme fees support the operation of RDAI's programmes and its statutory mission. Your participation helps us build the infrastructure behind the experience.
What RDAI is not. RDAI is a non-profit organisation running an education and participation programme. It is not a recruitment service, not an employment agency and not a placement service. No employment outcome is promised or implied by taking part.

A participant may arrive without a network. They may leave with skills, experience, evidence, confidence and connections. And sometimes a mentor may see something in them that a CV never could.
