A startup with eleven people does not have a recruitment department. It has a pipeline of tools and about forty seconds of human attention. Knowing where you lose that pipeline is worth more than rewriting your CV again by feel.

Why is the PDF read on your server and not in my browser?
Because this site ships no client-side JavaScript at all — that is a hard rule here, and browser-side PDF parsing would break it. Your file is posted over HTTPS and read on our server to build your result page. The file is then stored encrypted, so we can see whether the diagnostic was right about a real CV and make it better — the privacy notice says for how long.
Do you store my CV?
Yes, and only for one purpose: improving the Checker. The PDF goes to private, encrypted storage that nothing on the site can read back, and it is never shown to employers or shared. Together with it we keep your email address and the result summary so we can send you the result and follow up about the programme. The privacy notice sets out how long, and you can ask us to delete all of it at any time.
Is this a guarantee I will get interviews?
No. It is a diagnostic. It tells you where a machine or a reader is likely to stop, so you can fix that. RDAI does not place candidates and promises no outcome from any employer.
PDF only? My CV is a Word file.
PDF only, because that is what almost every startup pipeline receives and parses. Export to PDF and check that one — the export itself sometimes creates the problem we are looking for.
