Login not working?
LinkedIn sign-in fails for real reasons — a corporate network, a blocked redirect, an account without a verified email. Tell us what happened and we open access manually.
Report a login problem
Paste the error text, add a screenshot if you have one, and give us a contact we can reach you on. We reply after you confirm your email address.
I registered but never got the confirmation email
Check spam first, then check that the address had no typo. If it is still missing, register again from the free sessions form — a second confirmation link replaces the first.
Can I take part without a LinkedIn account?
Yes. Use the report form above and say you have no LinkedIn account. We set up access by email instead. Free recordings never require LinkedIn at all.
