Your LinkedIn profile is part of the work

Coming in by email is fine. The profile itself is not optional in this market: it is where recruiters search. Add your profile URL on the dashboard and a mentor goes through it with you — headline, skills, and the wording recruiters filter on.

LinkedIn's own labour-market research is blunt about it: workers who add skills to their profiles — especially disruptive tech and people skills — find jobs faster.

No password to remember, and none to leak. RDAI stores no passwords: you come in through LinkedIn, or through a link we email you.

Neither route got you in?

Both routes above are live. If something still blocks you — a corporate network, a redirect your browser refuses, an address with a typo — tell us what happened and we open access by hand.

Can I take part without a LinkedIn account?

Yes — use the email sign-in link above and everything works the same. Free recordings never require LinkedIn at all. For the live programme we do ask you to build a profile, because that is where the hiring happens, and setting it up properly is part of what a mentor helps with.
