Financial transparency
Programme fees are not payment for information. Information is free. Fees pay for the operational infrastructure that makes live participation possible.
Figures for the current period are not published yet. This page lists what money is spent on and how it is categorised. Amounts appear here with the first annual report, together with the period they cover. We would rather show you an empty table than a number we cannot source.
Where programme fees go
Every Programme Pass is a contribution to running the programme. These are the categories the organisation reports against.

"Why does a non-profit spend on administration?"
Because experienced mentors volunteer their time. RDAI pays for the infrastructure required to find them, coordinate them and make their expertise available to participants. A volunteer contribution does not organise itself.
Mentors are not a purchased resource. Their expertise is a volunteer contribution. The money goes to the work that lets that contribution reach the people who need it.
The model, in order
- Free education Recordings of webinars and workshops, free after registration.
- Paid participation Programme Pass at ₹300/month or ₹1,300/year.
- Operational infrastructure The categories in the table above.
- Volunteer startup mentors 5+ years of startup experience, contributing time.
- Real MVP work Three months, distributed team, AI-assisted delivery.
- Demonstrable skills and reviewed evidence What a participant can actually show afterwards.
Refunds
The yearly Programme Pass carries a refund commitment: if, after twelve months in which every assignment was completed, the programme has not helped you build skills and evidence, the pass is refunded in full. The monthly pass does not carry this commitment. The exact conditions are in the terms of service.
