Terms of service
These terms cover use of this website, free registration, and participation in RDAI programmes. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Last updated 2026-08-16.
1. Who we are
ГО "ДСЦА" / NGO RDAI is a non-profit organisation. Contact: rdai@digitalassetinsurance.online.
2. What RDAI provides
RDAI runs an education and participation programme: recorded webinars and workshops, live sessions, distributed-team projects and assignment reviews.
Recordings of webinars and workshops are provided free of charge after a free registration. Live participation is provided through a paid Programme Pass.
3. What RDAI is not
RDAI is not a recruitment service, an employment agency or a placement service. RDAI does not promise, arrange or guarantee employment, interviews, offers or any other outcome with any employer. Nothing on this website should be read as such a promise.
Mentors participate as volunteers. Any employment, collaboration or investment relationship that later arises between a mentor and a participant is a matter between those parties and is outside RDAI's programme.
4. Programme Pass
A Programme Pass grants participation in live programme activities for its period. Two options exist:
- Monthly — ₹300 per month. No refund commitment.
- Yearly — ₹1,300 per year, with the refund commitment in clause 5.
A pass is personal and non-transferable. It does not grant rights to materials produced by other participants.
5. Refund commitment on the yearly pass
If you hold a yearly Programme Pass, you may request a full refund after 12 months from purchase, provided that during that period you:
- completed every assignment set for your track, and
- submitted each one by the deadline given for it, and
- attended the live sessions required by your track, and
- state in your request what the programme did not deliver for you.
Requests go to rdai@digitalassetinsurance.online. We answer within 30 days. Where a refund is due it is paid to the original payment method.
This commitment does not apply to the monthly pass, and it is not a guarantee of employment. It is a guarantee about the programme, not about the job market.
6. Free registration
Free registration gives access to recordings. It requires a working email address and confirmation of that address (double opt-in). You may withdraw at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any email we send, or via the unsubscribe page.
7. Your conduct in the programme
Distributed teams only work if people behave decently. We may end participation without refund where someone harasses others, plagiarises work, shares paid session access, or misrepresents their contribution to team output.
8. Content and ownership
Work you produce during a programme remains yours. You grant RDAI permission to reference it, in anonymised form, when describing programme outcomes. RDAI materials and recordings remain RDAI's; you may watch and learn from them, not resell or republish them.
9. Checker and uploaded files
A CV submitted to Checker is read once, on our server, to produce your result page. It is not stored. See the privacy notice for what is kept.
10. Availability
Sessions, dates, tracks and cohort composition can change. Where a paid activity is cancelled and not rescheduled, the affected portion of the pass is refunded.
11. Liability
RDAI provides education and participation. It does not accept liability for career outcomes, decisions taken by employers, or losses arising from how you apply what you learned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to registered participants before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
13. Questions
